(1) The notary shall submit the following fee for the following work:-
(a) Twenty rupees in the event that the negotiable instrument has been dishonored or sent a notice in accordance with section 75 of the Act or in the event that the negotiable instrument has been paid for the sake of honor in accordance with section 95 of the Act. Sixty rupees for proving the transaction done.
(c) Half of the fee mentioned in the same section if a copy of the document as per clause (a) and (b) has to be given.
(2) The government of Nepal may reduce or increase the fee as per sub-rule (1) by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
